Certificate Programme for Practitioners on "Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Municipal Solid Waste Management"
The Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad, is pleased to announce a three-day certificate programme on "Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Municipal Solid Waste Management" to be held at ASCI, Hyderabad, from December 16–18, 2025. This programme aims to equip urban practitioners with the knowledge and skills to structure and manage PPPs effectively for municipal solid waste management.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Understand key concepts of Public-Private Partnerships in municipal solid waste management.
- Develop strategies for structuring and managing PPP projects efficiently.
- Learn financial, legal, and operational frameworks for successful PPP implementation.
- Enhance risk assessment and mitigation skills in solid waste management projects.

Residential: ₹43,700/- + GST 18% per participant
Non-Residential: ₹37,700/- + GST 18% per participant
A discount of 10% is applicable for three or more participants from the same organization.

This programme is designed for senior-level functionaries, sector professionals, and consultants involved in municipal solid waste management. Participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to implement PPP projects successfully.
VENUE
The programme will be held at ASCI, Hyderabad. Residential participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college is Wi-Fi enabled and provides all necessary facilities for participants.
